Among the current highlights of the In.hub collaborative, the construction of the unprecedented ICP (Public Procurement Index), with the coordination of the Academy and IBIZ Market Intelligence, has been gaining more and more relevance, since the development of this new performance and management indicator (ICP) can contribute, in a significant way, to the long-awaited qualitative transformation of business management and public tenders in Brazil.

Believing that children and adolescents are the essence of change and the possibility of building a better and more humane reality, IBIZ supports, with monthly and annual contributions, the causes of ABRINQ, GRAAC and the Ronald McDonald Institute.
Since 2025, IBIZ has supported SOPRAC – Animal Protection Society of Caieiras, one of the main animal protection NGOs in the region, founded in 2003.
In 20 years, SOPRAC has carried out thousands of spay/neuter procedures and enabled more than a thousand responsible adoptions of dogs and cats, many of them rescued from situations of neglect and abuse.
In addition to its rescue work, the NGO also acts in cases of animal hoarding, ensuring sterilization, vaccination, and essential care to improve these animals’ quality of life.
IBIZ’s support directly contributes to the continuity and expansion of this work, reinforcing our commitment to social and environmental causes and the protection of life.
Since 2025, IBIZ has contributed monthly to the maintenance of the initiative Friends of Boa Ação de Caieiras, which has been operating since 2017 to support children in situations of social vulnerability.
The project offers tutoring, meals, recreational activities, and emotional support, impacting around 50 children and their families every week. In addition to ongoing activities, it also organizes special events such as the Solidarity Christmas, which has already reached more than 200 children.

The story of Patrícia Castanho is an example of transformation and resilience. After building a solid career in Information Technology and joining the IBIZ team, she decided to take on a new challenge: Taekwondo.
With discipline and dedication, she turned practice into passion, earning her black belt and becoming a teacher and athlete in the Poomsae discipline. Recognizing her journey, IBIZ began supporting Patrícia in her sports career, reinforcing its commitment to human development and encouraging new achievements both inside and outside the world of technology.
